Dear Dr. Comstock.
I have been coming to your clinic for over 20 years, and I have never left angry like I did today.
Over the years I have scheduled my appointment in October because you run a 20% discount. Today Oct. 13th when I went to pay, I did not get the discount because I didn't pay ahead of time. If I would have paid yesterday, I would have gotten a discount. Why wouldn't anyone in your office tell me that when I made the appointment? Why didn't they take my credit card number yesterday when they called to remind me of my appointment? If your rules have changed it sure would have been nice to be informed. Customer care sure fell short on this visit.
On another note, while in the room with the patient it would be nice if they could step outside before speaking to the front desk about another patient. My appointment is only 10 minutes and it can wait.
I was irate when I left today.

Office is very very busy. This is not the office that you go to for hand holding it’s a get in and get out clinic. The staff is always friendly and I appreciate the expediency as it allows me to get back to my day. Price wise my HRT pellets & insertion placement every 4 months is almost half the cost of anywhere else I checked. The GLP1 is considerably more expensive here than other places locally and on line.

Great staff and always friendly. I have been a patient at Lifestyle for over 8 years. And have always been treated outstanding. Dr. Comstock is the best, patient care is outstanding in every way. I highly recommend him, you will not be sorry. I wish he could be my primary care physician!!!!!!!!
